Private and semi-private classes are also available. Semi-private lessons of less than 8 students are a great value and allow you to schedule the lesson with more flexibility in location and time. WHAT TO BRING & TIPS:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Bring a mat (there are some available mats to borrow), a yoga towel or beach towel as large as your mat, a hand towel, and a bottle of water. Wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in many directions in, such as getting upside down or spreading your legs. Turn off your cell phone before class. Also, please communicate if there is an injury or any other issue that would be important to know if you might receive a hands-on adjustment. Feel free to modify poses throughout the class as necessary but try to stay in the flow of the class.
